• Responsible for ordering; receiving; merchandising and stock rotation of inventory
• Ensure pricing is market related
• Responsible for merchandising fresh fish counter and frozen seafood freezers
• Ensure good housekeeping procedures and systems are always maintained
• Managing Waste and Shrink
